MCT Instructor Skills Certification Workshop: This workshop prepares you with essential presentation and communication techniques to become an effective Microsoft Certified Trainer. It focuses on helping you build the skills, strategies, and tools required to deliver impactful Microsoft training.
Suitable for both new and seasoned trainers, the course offers actionable methods to tailor learning experiences and boost engagement.

This course aims to enhance your abilities as a Microsoft Certified Trainer. After completing the program, you will be able to:

Course Format and Delivery:
Delivered live by an instructor, this course is available both online and in-person. It follows a flexible format to support both physical and virtual participation.
Alongside self-paced material, you will attend two scheduled virtual live sessions with the instructor across two weeks. These sessions allow for interactive discussions, questions, and direct feedback.

Course Prerequisites and Materials:
Before joining this course, students need basic computer skills and technical certification knowledge.
Virtual live sessions use Microsoft Teams.
Students must install Teams and have a valid Microsoft account for smooth communication and collaboration.
Assessments and Course Completion:
A 75% overall score is required from graded components.
- Participation and Engagement: 20% – attend sessions, ask questions, and join discussions.
- Knowledge Assessment: 20% – evaluate learning through quizzes or similar tasks.
- Final Project: 60% – deliver a live session on a chosen topic and receive written feedback.
All assessments must be submitted by the course end for a certificate meeting Microsoft MCT requirements.
